Ing. Aleš Trinkl, Ph.D.

Aleš Trinkl is an experienced energy expert with more than fifteen years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He specialises in energy audits, strategies and assessments and is authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to conduct energy audits and assessments.

During his career, he spent 8 years as an expert energy adviser in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, where he actively contributed to energy legislation and worked with the Subcommittee on Energy. He also gained experience in price regulation and drafting decrees while working at the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ).

In the commercial sector, his roles included Commercial Director at Amper Generation, where he led teams focusing on energy-saving projects, photovoltaic power plants and cogeneration units. He has extensive project-management experience in renewable energy (photovoltaics, CHP and biomass) and in preparing EPC projects.

Professional education and certifications

Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Energy Engineering from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.

Energy specialist registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Holder of the European EUREM certificate (European EnergyManager).
