Privacy Policy
Information about the personal data we process, why we process it and for how long.
1. Personal Data Controller

2. Scope of Personal Data Processing
We process only personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our services or your communication with us. In particular, we process:
- Identification data: first name and surname, Company ID, VAT ID;
- Contact details: email address, telephone number, address;
- Communication records: the content of messages sent via the contact form or through direct communication.
3. Grounds for Processing Personal Data
We process personal data on the basis of:
- Performance of a contract – if you enter into a service agreement with us;
- Legitimate interest – for handling enquiries, communication and the protection of legal claims;
- Compliance with a legal obligation – where required by generally binding legislation.
4. Cookies
On the enat.cz website, we use only the following functional cookie:

This cookie is not used for tracking, analytics or marketing. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media cookies. The functional cookie used to store the language preference does not require consent under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.
Cookies can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent your language selection from being retained.
5. Contact Form — Processing Enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we process the data entered (name, email, telephone number, company and message) on the basis of our legitimate interest for the purpose of handling your request and potentially entering into a service agreement.
We retain contact-form data for 1 year from receipt, or for the duration of the contractual relationship and applicable statutory periods (up to 10 years for tax documents). You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
6. How Long Do We Process Personal Data?
- Contact-form records: 1 year (or longer if a contractual relationship is established);
- Contractual documentation: for the duration of the contract and 3 years after its termination (protection of legal claims);
- Accounting and tax documents: 10 years under the Accounting Act.
7. To Whom Do We Disclose Personal Data?
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except to:
- Web-hosting service provider – provides operation of the server and database and processes personal data solely on our instructions as a processor;
- Public authorities – where required by law or by a public authority (e.g. the Police of the Czech Republic or the tax authority).
We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EEA.
8. Personal Data Security
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Communication between your browser and our server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Data is stored on servers in a secure data centre.
9. Your Personal Data Protection Rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access – you may request confirmation as to whether we process your data and ask for a copy of it;
- Right to rectification – if your data is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Right to erasure – except for data that we are legally required to retain;
- Right to restriction of processing – in cases stipulated by law;
- Right to data portability – for data processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract;
- Right to object – to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Right to lodge a complaint – with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
