Project introduction and context
The project involved a comprehensive energy renovation of an office building at the Zemědělská společnost Písková Lhota a.s. site. ENAT prepared an energy assessment of the office building for an OP TAK subsidy call.

Scope: comprehensive energy renovation of an office building.
Main energy-saving measures
- Building-envelope insulation: thermal insulation of external walls and the roof structure.
- Replacement of openings: installation of new plastic-framed windows with insulating triple glazing and new doors.
- Heating modernisation: replacement of the original gas boiler room with a cascade of air-to-water heat pumps and complete reconstruction of the heating system.
- Lighting: complete replacement of existing luminaires with modern LED technology.
- On-site energy source: installation of a rooftop photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 23.32 kWp to cover the building’s own consumption.

- reduction in CO₂ emissions: 56.6 t/year (a 61.1% decrease compared with the baseline),
- non-renewable primary energy savings: 67%,
- annual operating cost savings: approximately CZK 415,000/year.
