Long-Term Energy Cooperation for Logistics Sites

Introduction and context of the cooperation

ENAT, s.r.o. has long provided PROLOGIS Czech Republic Management s.r.o. with expert energy-management services and support in meeting the legislative requirements of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on Energy Management, for its entire portfolio of buildings in the Czech Republic.

Scope: an extensive portfolio of logistics and industrial properties in the Czech Republic.

Area 1 — Legislative compliance and operational energy management

Since 2018, ENAT has prepared, updated and managed documentation relating to portfolio operation, including expert advice on compliance with energy legislation. In particular, the services include:

• building energy performance certificates (PENBs),
• energy audits,
• energy assessments,
• inspections of heating systems and related technologies,
• inspections of air-conditioning systems and ventilation,
• energy and technical documentation for the refurbishment and modernisation of properties,
• ongoing support with legislative obligations and communication relating to the energy management of properties.

Area 2 — Photovoltaics and subsidy management

The document also separately covers the preparation of an energy assessment and subsidy management for the installation of a large-scale photovoltaic system at PROLOGIS logistics sites in the Czech Republic. This is an additional area of cooperation covering photovoltaics and subsidy preparation, separate from the ongoing legislative management of the portfolio.
